All returns are the responsibility of the customer until receipt of the returned items by The Naked Desk, so for your safety we therefore recommend using a tracked parcel option and retaining proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the original condition and packaging.How do I return?
Please email email@example.com to notify us you wish to make a return. We'll then send you full returns information, including where and how to send the return parcel. On receipt of the returned items and inspection, we will issue you a refund minus the delivery charge within 14 days of the same payment method.Where's my refund?
We'll notify you when your return has been processed and a refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 days but this is dependent on your bank. If you haven’t yet received your refund, please first check your bank account details and then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on our socks collection. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. As we operate with limited stock, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
